First-time Users of CareOne Rental’s Online Payment System:

1) The first time you make an ACH transfer to CareOne Rental Inc., funds clearing your bank will take 14 DAYS. Please allow this time to avoid late fees.

2) Signing up for Link, allows you to pay your rent, deposit, or parking fees without having to enter your payment details in the future.

**The use of this secure online payment system will incur an added service fee. Payments of $813.00 or above will have a $6.50 service fee added. For payments less than $813, the fee will be less and variable.

**The Multiple payment fee for one lease, Item# 2 of your lease agreement terms and conditions will still apply, so please add it to your payment in case it applies.

**All rent payments are due in our office to be utilized by our system on the 1^st of each month, per your lease agreement.

Your future payments can take up to two days to transfer. Please allow this time to avoid late fees. 

ACH transfers can only be from US Banks.
